ADHD coaching is practical, collaborative, and personalised. It focuses on what’s happening right now in your life — and how to make real, sustainable change. The free consultation is simply a friendly chat so we can get to know each other and see whether ADHD coaching feels like the right fit for you. There’s no pressure, no commitment — just a chance to talk. What would make life feel easier? ✔ You can ask anything Questions about coaching, about ADHD, about my background — all welcome. ✔ And finally, we figure out next steps If it feels like a good fit, great. If not, that’s perfectly okay too. The goal is for you to walk away with more clarity than you came in with. What is the suggested frequency of coaching sessions?

To get the best out of coaching, my clients meet once a week for the first 6 sessions as they are learning about how their brain works and then move to every other week for the next 6 months. After that, clients meet once a month for support, brainstorming and goal motivation or more frequently when new changes happen.

How far do you need to book in advance?

Usually a week in advance. If you don't see sessions available at your needed schedule, please reach out as I would be happy to see if I can accommodate.

Does Health Insurance cover ADHD Coaching?

Unfortunately, at this time it is not covered. Please check your health insurance as many are considering it as an option.
